The Kavalierhaus kitchen team will create suitable event catering for your event: depending on the atmosphere, size or type of event, we will prepare a flying dinner, buffet, set meal, sweet or savory snacks for you. The kitchen team around head chef Hans-Peter Holzer adapts to your individual wishes - we offer in all menus:

  • Meat and fish dishes
  • Vegetarian and vegan dishes
  • Green catering: "Climate plate" with certified organic ingredients from regional sources

For summer parties we create a summery buffet, for winter parties a wintery food arrangement and for weddings they cook up a suitable wedding meal, which can also be tasted at wedding rehearsal dinners! We are happy to listen to your individual wishes and try to fulfill them. However, we make sure to use regional products wherever possible and take seasonal conditions into consideration.
