Our Rooms – Your Event – As Unique as You Are

Your Own Palace for a Limited Time. Hire Kavalierhaus Klessheim exclusively for your private celebration or event. Depending on the number of guests, you can book either the conservatory or the entire venue, including the palace garden, and create your event entirely according to your own wishes.

Your options:

• Conservatory for up to 40 guests: EUR 3,500.00
• Entire Kavalierhaus for up to 300 guests: EUR 10,500.00
• Exclusive use with no other events or external guests
• Individual planning of the schedule, decoration, catering and equipment
• Free choice of external catering and service partners

Included in the venue hire:

• Use of the venue for eight hours, until no later than 2:00 a.m.
• On-site support by a Duty Manager throughout the event
• Furniture by prior arrangement
• Bar areas with available glassware, refrigerated counters and cocktail tables
• Sound system for speeches and background music
• Coordinated ambient lighting throughout the venue
• Use of the palace garden in connection with the booked event spaces
• Free parking directly in front of the venue

Optional extras:

• Beverages charged according to selection and consumption, based on the current price list
• Use of the modern Kavalierhaus kitchen for a flat fee of EUR 2,000.00
• Extension of the event duration, subject to availability

For bookings of the entire venue, each additional hour is charged at EUR 1,200.00 plus EUR 50.00 for the Duty Manager.
